All of the other leagues started on time. There were no delays.
---Youth started October 24, 2009
---Youth end date March 6, 2010
---In between these two dates there are 7 different Saturdays that have been cut out and taken away from our youth bowlers. In which they will not be able to bowl.

I have searched in several places to find the rule book and guidelines. I obviously am looking in the wrong places.
I would appreciate help from any one.
These kids need the same opportunities as any other child.
